Hi I'm Naomi - a Senior Designer currently working at Karo Healthcare, specialising in digital-first brand experiences across healthcare, wellness and ecommerce. With over 15 years of experience spanning agencies, global brands and fast-paced in-house teams, I’ve worked across everything from product launches and social campaigns to packaging, websites, emails, Amazon content and large-scale digital campaigns.
My background includes roles at Vodafone, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and Hive Health (now Avalere Health), where I developed a strong understanding of balancing creativity with commercial thinking, brand consistency and user experience. I’m particularly passionate about building scalable design systems and improving creative workflows, most recently leading the rollout of Figma production workflows that significantly reduced turnaround times across multiple international markets.
Alongside hands-on design work, I enjoy mentoring junior creatives, collaborating across teams and helping shape processes that allow creativity to thrive under pressure. I love bringing ideas to life from initial concept through to final execution, whether that’s through campaign thinking, digital design, storytelling or art direction.
I’m also passionate about the evolving role of AI within creative industries and enjoy exploring new tools and techniques to improve workflows, unlock efficiencies and enhance creative thinking in meaningful ways.
Outside of design, I’m a Beaver Leader at 1st Hanwell Scout Group and also help out with Squirrels, supporting young people through creative activities, teamwork and confidence building. Scouting has become a huge part of my life and reflects many of the values I bring into my work: creativity, patience, communication and creating environments where people feel encouraged to grow.
I’m also a mum to an energetic 4 year old, so life outside of work is usually busy, creative and full of adventure.
